The first speculative industrial facility that was sold to its end user, Orizon Aerostructures Inc. in 2017. The 205,000-square-foot building included office, manufacturing, distribution and warehouse space.

This building offered a new option not common in the area—a rear-loaded, modern office warehouse building that could accommodate multiple tenants. It has 32-foot clear height, a truck court and flexible modern industrial features to meet the needs of a variety of businesses.

The building was completed in March 2017.

With the successful completion of the first building, our team began construction on the second building, which was flexibly designed to accommodate a variety of tenants. It boasts 32-foot clear height, a front parking lot and a rear truck court with a potential for up to 35 stalls.

The second building was completed in May 2018.
