Sustainability Features

  • The location provides access to mass transit and walkability to employers, restaurants, shops and the University of Arizona.
  • Ari has Andersen Windows SmartSun™ Glass, which helps shield the sun's heat and filters out 95% of UV rays while still letting in sunlight. This upgraded glass reduces the heating load on the building while maintaining natural light and creating a more comfortable atmosphere for residents.
  • There are six electric vehicle charging stations in operation when the building opens with the infrastructure in place for 20 more.
  • Distinctive light fixtures from the historic Maloney's on Fourth were kept, refurbished and re-used to tie the new building into the historic Fourth Avenue
