Aspired Living of La Grange Assisted Living

​Using its unique design-build approach, Opus constructed Aspired Living La Grange, an assisted living facility with a continuum of care in La Grange, Ill., for Pathway to Living. 

The five-story building includes 116 assisted living units for residents of all ages who need basic daily assistance and support in a home-like, apartment setting. Designed to promote wellbeing and community-building, the facility includes a fitness center, salon and spa, casual dining in the bistro and more formal dining in the restaurant, movie theatre, large exterior courtyard and a dedicated interior courtyard for memory care residents. 

The project with Pathway to Living is Opus' second in La Grange, having recently completed Uptown La Grange, a nearby transit-oriented development, located just minutes away from the Metra Station.
