Brown Warehouse Company Enlists Our Fully Integrated Team for Build-To-Suit Logistics Center

Planning for growth and serving more clients and with a short timeline, Brown Warehouse Company turned to our team to develop, design and construct a build-to-suit logistics center. The Iowa-based, full-service provider of truck leasing, contract maintenance and logistics services consolidated three locations into the building, which we customized to meet the company's specific needs for operational efficiency.

When Brown approached us, Swanwood Logistics Center was fully-entitled; our’ integrated design-build team was able to quickly pivot the plans to meet Brown’s specific needs. The integrated team’s ability to quickly provide alternatives to Brown allowed for timely decision making and pushed the schedule along, allowing for on-time completion.
