Charter Communications

Charter Communications needed a new facility to meet their growing needs by consolidating its workforce into a central location. They needed a building that could provide both office space and a data center lab facility; requirements that could not be met with the current building inventory in the Denver market.

To solve the company’s usage requirements, Opus Development Company, L.L.C. partnered with Charter and Compark Business Campus to develop an 85,000-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial building near the C-470 and I-25 Business Corridor in Englewood, Colo.

Opus and previous Opus companies have developed seven projects in Compark, including a 2013 build-to-suit industrial building for Community Power Corporation. Opus used its prior experience in the business park and on previous industrial build to suits to offer the best solution to Charter.

In addition to the data center lab and office space, the facility features conference rooms, break areas and a mezzanine level.
