Following the office space trend of collaborative work environments, the buildings feature:
- a two-story open lobby,
- a full-service cafeteria,
- a training center,
- state-of-the-art conference spaces and
- an outdoor dining patio and central courtyard.
Opus designed and constructed the campus using sustainable construction practices and elements. Local materials were used for the precast concrete exterior wall panels, along with a combination of ribbon windows and a curtainwall to maximize daylight and views for employees.
