​The Columbia St. Mary’s Glendale Clinic houses community physicians with specialties including dermatology, family medicine, general and burn surgery, neurology, oncology and hematology and more.

Designed to Maximize Patient Comfort

To establish a warm, welcoming feel, the geometry of the exterior design incorporates familiar residential forms to convey a comfortable non-institutional feel for patients coming for treatment, as well as the neighborhood it is constructed in.

The interior was designed through client focus groups and includes sky-lit patient waiting areas in the center of the building. This concept creates a short walk to exam rooms and supporting care facilities, while making the operation of the facility more efficient for staff.

The clinic includes 27 exam rooms, minor surgery and procedure rooms, imaging facilities and a full-service lab, as well as offices, conference rooms and patient education areas.
