When Signature Commercial Real Estate wanted to have two speculative industrial buildings constructed in Bondurant, Iowa, they chose our Client Direct Services as their design-build partner due to our familiarity with the product type and market, significant cost savings on design and the ability to compress schedules for early delivery.
