Opus to Design and Construct Speculative Industrial Building in Active Des Moines Market
When Signature Commercial Real Estate wanted to have two speculative industrial buildings constructed in Bondurant, Iowa, they chose Opus' Client Direct Services as their design-build partner. Signature Commercial Real Estate selected Opus due to their familiarity with the product type and market, significant cost savings on design and the ability to compress schedules for early delivery.
Opus designed and constructed the two 195,600-square-foot buildings in the suburb nearly 14 miles northeast of Des Moines. Located adjacent to Interstate 80 on U.S. Highway 65, Commerce Crossings provides great interstate access and visibility in an active and growing Midwest market.

The first building was completed in November 2021 with the second building following in August 2022.
