Opus addressed the strong industrial demand in Arizona's Pinal County with a two-building spec development - Confluence Industrial Park in Casa Grande, Ariz. The development added 325,235 square feet of space suitable for warehouse or light manufacturing use. It will help meet the needs of electric vehicle and consumer goods manufacturing suppliers in the area.
