Opus Addressing Demand for Modern Industrial Space near Dayton, Ohio
Opus developed, designed and constructed a 213,063-square-foot speculative industrial building in Union, Ohio, approximately 14 miles north of Dayton.
Crossroads is well located with convenient access to Highway 40, I-70, I-75 and Dayton International Airport. The 213,063-square-foot building sits on 20 acres and features:
Flexibly designed to accommodate tenants requiring as little as 60,000-square-feet, docks are situated at the rear of the building, allowing for office spaces along the front of the building.
There is an opportunity for an additional 35 acres to develop in phase two of the project.
The project was completed in June 2022.
