Dardenne Town Square is a retail development constructed by Opus team members in Dardenne Prairie, Mo., approximately 40 miles west of St. Louis.
This vibrant location is positioned on a major thoroughfare and is easily accessible by the rapidly growing western suburbs of St. Louis.
Dardenne Town Square includes four big box retailers, a variety of smaller retail spaces and 10 outlots, which are home to Petco, Red Robin, Starbucks and other retailers.
Anchoring the development are a 70,000-square-foot Shop N’ Save grocery store, a 12-screen Wehrenberg Theatre with 200 seats, a 124,000-square-foot Target store and a 100,000-square-foot JCPenney store.
The retail development of Dardenne Town Square included a number of public infrastructure improvements, including the construction of an overpass, the widening of Highway N and other road improvements to enhance access into the site and the surrounding community.
Dardenne Town Square enables the community to continue to grow its population base and lure other new businesses to the community.
