Before construction began, TurbinePros, which is a leading North American provider of field services for rotating equipment manufacturers, has signed a lease for more than 87,000 square feet of the facility.
The most recent Census data shows that the northwest metro experienced double-digit population growth over the last decade. City data for Dayton alone shows population growth of 22% and the labor force at its strongest in 20 years, which is good news for companies looking to expand or relocate to area.
