Delta Defense Headquarters

​To support a rapid increase in business, Delta Defense engaged Opus to design and build a 60,000-square-foot new headquarters in West Bend, Wisc. The new custom-designed building accommodates the organization’s fast-growing business and employee base, while allowing for seamless growth in the future. Delta Defense is the first and largest, member-owned concealed carry association that educates, trains, equips and insures responsibly armed Americans.

Conveniently located near Highway 45 in the West Bend Corporate Center, the two-story building is tailored specifically for Delta Defense’s needs. It features a customer call center, training center and a studio with complete audio and video capabilities. Orders for books and DVDs sold by Delta Defense have doubled in the past year, and the new headquarters accommodates growth with an 8,000-square-foot fulfillment center on first floor for shipping the essential products. For meetings and community events, the building features flexible open space options and a two-story seating stair.

With growth projections showing them adding 130 new jobs over the next five years, this is the right time for Delta Defense to expand. Employing its unique design-build approach, Opus DB^3™ , Opus’ experts in architecture, engineering and construction project management collaborated with Delta Defense to exceed their expectations and turn their vision into reality.

The new Delta Defense headquarters was completed in February 2017.
