Opus Bringing Luxury Apartments to Growing Denver Tech Center
Denver Tech Center, a business and economic trading center located 12 miles south of downtown Denver, has a growing population and is an expanding hub for employers, restaurants, hotels and housing. In late 2025 it will also be home to a new luxury apartment building that meets the strong demand for rental units in the area.
Opus is developing, designing and constructing a 253-unit multifamily development at 4600 South Syracuse Street. Located less than a mile from the Belleview RTD light rail station and the I-25/ I-225 interchange, the new luxury apartments will provide residents convenient transit options, excellent access throughout the Denver metro and easy walkability in the area.
The seven-story building will offer studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments. They will feature balconies, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, tile bathroom shower surrounds, front-loading washers and dryers, premium plumbing fixtures and walk-in closets. They will have digital guest entry and smart home features.
