District Flats Brings Luxury Student Living to University of Missouri

After completing multiple student living projects across the upper Midwest and with several more under construction, we began construction on our eighth luxury student living complex – District Flats – in August 2014.

Walkability and proximity to campus are critical factors for our student living developments, and District Flats is no exception. Situated in an unbeatable location on the corner of Eighth and Locust Streets, the apartment complex is just half a block from the University of Missouri's campus and within walking distance to downtown Columbia's shopping and entertainment.
