The Village of Downers Grove, a growing suburb 25 miles west of Chicago, has a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly downtown. People are drawn to the variety of independent shops, restaurants and attractive green spaces. A seven-story, 167-unit apartment building will support the lively downtown.
We developed, designed and built a desirable metropolitan-style living community with convenient access to retailers, parks and the Metra rail station. The alcove and one, two and three-bedroom apartments feature luxury finishes, such as vinyl-plank flooring, accent-color cabinets, solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances.
