Constructing a Corporate Campus for Cargill

"The redevelopment of this 31-acre industrial property into beautiful Class A office space called for a sophisticated and sustainable planning response to integrate the campus into the fabric of the existing neighborhood." – Warren R. Staley, Retired Chairman and CEO for Cargill, Inc.

With plans to consolidate its more than 3,000 employees who were spread across nine different Minneapolis locations into one corporate campus, Cargill, Inc. chose us to design and construct a 920,000-square-foot, three-building, Class A office complex.

Known as Excelsior Crossings, the 31-acre development includes three seven-story buildings. The complex was built in three phases with each individual building making up a phase. Each building includes a basement and corresponding structured parking ramp.
