Unique Design-Build Approach Delivers on Time

Despite uncharacteristically severe winter and spring weather, including two blizzards and 17 days of rain delay, we fast tracked the process and moved forward on construction of the main structure while the interior design was still being finalized, resulting in project completion in just 290 days.

By sequencing the construction, the project team was able to work on the interior throughout the uncharacteristically severe winter and wet spring, maintaining the project's forward momentum.

The completed office space accommodated the company's workforce of 1,100 employees with space for its growing operations and capacity for 1,800 employees on the 30-acre site.

Conveniently located on Carondelet Drive just east of State Line Road with easy access to Interstate 435, the four-story headquarters is steel framed and features the architectural design elements of precast concrete with glass curtain wall. The office also features a fourth level terrace.
