Opus developed, designed and constructed a 130,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on one of the last remaining available industrial parcels in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. It is a unique offering, as 100,000+ square-feet of continuous space is uncommon in Eden Prairie where functional industrial space has been in short supply for more than 20 years.
Demand is high within the affluent southwest Twin Cities submarket, particularly for speculative industrial buildings.
