The Highland Landmark Office Park was under development by Opus Development Company, L.L.C. for more than 10 years with the first building completed in 1997 and the fifth and final, building completed in August 2008.
Located in Downers Grove, Ill. the Highland Landmark Office Park boasts more than one million square feet of office space among its five buildings.
Each of the five phases includes exclusive architectural design features, including red granite, architectural precast in shades of gray, green reflective glass and metal spandrels set in prefinished green aluminum framing and curvilinear façades.
The Highland Landmark Office Park also features several fitness centers with men’s and women’s shower facilities, delis, storage space and parking.
The office space development is situated in a 42-acre office campus and nature preserve with walking trails, lush green space, wetlands and majestic 75-year-old trees.
