Opus delivering 1st project in the Charlotte market: Huntersville Commerce Center

Leveraging its expertise in industrial development, Opus is bringing a 131,000-square-foot speculative industrial development to The Park at Huntersville, a thriving master-planned community 12 miles north of Charlotte, North Carolina.

In one of the nation's fastest growing areas, the Park is home to many advanced manufacturing and STEM-oriented industrial users. Opus' project, Huntersville Commerce Center, will help address demand for state-of-the-art, Class A industrial space for manufacturing, light manufacturing/assembly and distribution users in the Park. It is located at 13601 Reese Blvd East in Huntersville.

Huntersville Commerce Center offers tenants and their employees unparalleled interstate access and proximity to the vibrant Lake Norman commercial area with many hospitality and retail businesses. The building is on an 11-acre parcel that is visible and easily accessed from Interstate 77, just five miles north of the full Interstate 485 interchange. The Park at Huntersville is also near rail terminals, ports and regional and international airports.

The building's design meets comprehensive covenants at the Park at Huntersville that ensure only the highest quality developments and offers:

  • 131,000-square-feet of industrial space
  • 13 dock doors, expandable to 26
  • two drive-in doors
  • 32-foot clear height
  • 11 trailer parking stalls
  • 130 auto parking stalls
