Recognizing a lack of large blocks of industrial space along the Interstate 88 corridor, we seized the opportunity to provide a flexible project with the ability to appeal to a wide range of tenants.
We developed, designed and built I-88 Gateway Logistics Center, a 648,616-square-foot speculative building on 32 acres, for USAA Real Estate Company.
