Uptown La Grange

For nearly 60 years, a YMCA occupied the corner of La Grange Road and Ogden Avenue in downtown La Grange, Illinois. After closing its doors in 2007, the vacant building was demolished, leaving a large empty lot on a prominent corner. We redeveloped the site, offering a much-needed addition to the community: a luxury apartment complex.

With limited new residential developments in the surrounding communities, Uptown La Grange provides a refreshing new upscale living option for renters. The five-story multifamily complex includes 254 units and 23 different floor plans, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The units feature quartz countertops, washers and dryers and walk-in closets in all master bedrooms. The complex also features:

• a terrace lounge with grilling area and outdoor fireplace
