​In Edina, Minn., one of the country’s most affluent cities, Opus breathed new life into an unused asset on Lincoln Drive. The highly-desirable property, which was the site of a 307,000-square-foot building formerly leased to UnitedHealth Group, was redeveloped.

Leveraging its extensive multifamily development, design and construction expertise, Opus built a luxury four-story, 246-unit multifamily apartment building on the site. Units range from 498 square feet to 1,322 square feet, offering a variety of floor plans from alcoves to two-bedroom units with a den. Upscale finishes desirable to today's renters are included.
