Opus Redeveloping Property to Meet Demand for Luxury Multifamily Living in Edina, MN
In Edina, Minn., one of the country’s most affluent cities, Opus breathed new life into an unused asset on Lincoln Drive. The highly-desirable property, which was the site of a 307,000-square-foot building formerly leased to UnitedHealth Group, was redeveloped.
Leveraging its extensive multifamily development, design and construction expertise, Opus built a luxury four-story, 246-unit multifamily apartment building on the site. Units range from 498 square feet to 1,322 square feet, offering a variety of floor plans from alcoves to two-bedroom units with a den. Upscale finishes desirable to today's renters are included. Residents enjoy many amenities, including underground parking, a club room, an entertainment kitchen and a fitness center.
