Opus Complements Downtown Mesa Revitalization with Melody on Main
As the downtown corridor of Mesa, Ariz., continues to revitalize with significant commercial and civic redevelopment projects, Griffin Capital Company, L.L.C., and Opus are delivering a new mixed-use multifamily development, Melody on Main.
Developed and designed by Opus, Melody on Main is a 335-unit multifamily development on roughly 10 acres in Downtown Mesa. The project will consist of five buildings at three, four and five stories with private, gated, surface parking for each building. The first floor frontage along Main St. will consist of nearly 13,000 square feet of retail space.
Melody on Main is located in the heart of the Main Street Corridor across from Arizona State University's Mesa City Center Campus, which is currently under construction.
