On a rare infill site that offers proximity to downtown Minneapolis and Interstates 694 and 94, we developed, designed and constructed a 130,439-square-foot speculative industrial building.
Nordeast Business Center, on the corner of University Avenue and 37th Avenue NE, helps meet demand for modern and efficient industrial buildings in an area with limited supply. The building is divisible down to 40,000 square feet with flexibility for a variety of tenants.
