oelheld U.S., Inc. Headquarters & Warehouse

A producer of machine-based lubricants and packaged oil products, oelheld needed a building that would meet all their business requirements under one roof. In early 2017, they moved operations from their previous retrofitted facility to the 23,400-square-foot, custom-designed building, which will meet all of their current needs and allow expansion up to 16,000 square feet in the future.

In addition to the indoor spaces, the building has dock areas custom designed for oelheld’s operation, including outside, recessed tanker truck unloading areas. A specially designed catwalk system allows access to the tops of truck trailers for testing product. Safety is of utmost importance to oelheld, so specific safety design elements were incorporated that protect both water and environmental systems from any potential contamination.
