Opus to Deliver State-of-the-Art Nursing Campus for Rasmussen University
As the demand for nurses continues to evolve and grow, Rasmussen University enlisted Opus to design and construct a state-of-the-art educational facility for the university's nursing program in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
Rasmussen University consolidated two existing campuses into the 40,479-square-foot facility. It resides within 610 Crossings, an ideally located Opus development that offers visibility and frontage to Hwy 610, as well as access to Hwys 169, 252 and 10, and I-494, I-694 and I-35W.
In addition to the convenient and accessible location, students will enjoy numerous nearby amenities including LA Fitness, Kwik Trip, McDonalds's, Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, Cub Foods and more.
Rasmussen University required a very precise timeline for completion of the facility prior to the 2022 school year. With fully-integrated teams of development, design and construction experts in-house, Opus was able to compress the schedule, accommodate the client's needs and deliver a quality, customized facility in a condensed timeframe.
The facility was completed and delivered to Rasmussen University in April 2022.
