Opus Addressing Demand for Modern Industrial Space in Omaha Area with River Road Logistics
With high demand for modern industrial space in the greater Omaha area, Opus developed, designed and built River Road Logistics, a two-building masterplanned development.
Near the interchange of I-29 and I-80, River Road Logistics offers tenants superior route access, logistical efficiency and prime visibility from I-29. It is at the intersection of Nebraska Avenue and River Road, adjacent to AmeriStar Casino and Hotel and a short drive from many restaurants and retailers.
The first building features:
Prior to the start of construction, half of the building was pre-leased. The 302,300-square-foot building can accommodate warehouse distribution operations or light manufacturing. The first building was completed in January 2023.
The second building totals 236,324 square feet and features:
