After outgrowing their current facility, WEN Power Tools enlisted our team to design and construct a new headquarters in the Oakview Corporate Park in West Dundee, Illinois, near Chicago. At 180,623 square feet, the new facility is more than three times the size of their current building.
We leveraged our broad industrial experience and one-team design-build method to compress schedules and provide a quick-turn timeline that meets WEN's deadline for moving into the new building.
