Simply Good Foods Build-to-Suit

On 83 acres just 16 miles northeast of Indianapolis, Opus built an 862,235-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial building for Simply Good Foods. The Mount Comfort submarket offers logistical advantage and has become an established industrial distribution hub in the state of Indiana.

Simply Good Foods consolidated employees and operations from two existing buildings into this new facility and have the ability to expand up to 332,000 square feet. The build-to-suit facility was designed by Opus' industrial experts to maximize space and value for the client. It will include 25,000 square feet of office space and approximately 837,000 square feet for warehousing and distribution space. The building will feature:

• 36-foot clear height
• 235 auto parking stalls with potential to expand
• 86 dock doors with potential to expand
