​Upping the ante for sophisticated living in Kansas City, Opus developed, designed and constructed Westley on Broadway, a luxury 256-unit, mixed-use multifamily apartment building in the heart of the historical Westport area.  

One of KC's most lively and popular urban core neighborhoods, Westport is a vibrant community with upscale restaurants, charming boutiques and active entertainment venues—all interwoven with remnants of Westport's storied past. The area prospered as a main portal to the west in the 1800s, bustling with activity and trading posts for immigrants making the passage to the great western frontier.
