To meet demand in an active submarket for modern distribution, Opus developed, designed and constructed two speculative industrial buildings in Winchester Logistics Park in Canal Winchester on the southeast side of Columbus, Ohio. The buildings provide an important platform for growth in the community, where new speculative development is rare amidst a strong labor market and significant desire for industrial expansion. 

Just 15 miles from Columbus, Winchester Logistics Park offers users a convenient location directly off Highway 33, which is easily accessed from I-70.
