Headquarters & Customer Service Facility Supports Company Growth

With e-commerce-driven growth and a desire to create an appealing workplace to attract and retain a talented workforce, WorldWide Logistics enlisted our Client Direct Services group to design and construction a new headquarters and customer service facility in Urbandale, Iowa, just 11 miles west of Des Moines.

WorldWide Logistics is a growing third-party logistics broker providing truckload, less-than-truckload and transportation management services nationwide. They are one of the country's largest privately held logistics companies based on current employee count and revenue – and they have experienced significant growth due to e-commerce demands. The new building provides office space beyond what is required for the company's 600 corporate and customer service center employees, previously dispersed throughout three buildings in Urbandale.
