The Opus Group (Opus) today announced a contract and start of construction on an assisted living project, Aspired Living of La Grange, located approximately 17 miles west of downtown Chicago. The five-story building will include 117 units and provide a continuum of housing and services choices such as memory care and assisted living apartments.

Designed to meet the needs of Pathway to Living now and into the future, the community will feature a therapy and fitness center, salon and spa, casual dining in the bistro and more formal dining in the restaurant, movie theatre, large exterior courtyard and a dedicated interior courtyard for memory care residents.
The project with Pathway to Living is Opus' second in La Grange, having recently completed
Uptown La Grange, a nearby transit-oriented development, located just minutes away from the Metra Station.
Using its unique design-build approach known as Opus DB3™, Opus has worked on 54 Client Direct Services construction projects for clients throughout the country in the past 24 months including remodels, tenant improvements and new construction projects across sectors.
