CHICAGO, Ill. - The Opus Group announced today that Electrolux Home Products, Inc. will expand its existing premises within Minooka Ridge II in Minooka, Ill. to include an additional 104,000 square feet.
“We’re thrilled to help Electrolux with this expansion that will enable the company to meet their growing distribution needs,” said Mike Yungerman, vice president, real estate development for Opus Development Company, L.L.C. “We are pleased to have such a strong tenant presence in the Minooka Ridge Business Park.”
Since September 2011, Electrolux has occupied a portion of the 965,183-square-foot Minooka Ridge II facility. This project will increase Electrolux’s total occupancy to nearly 600,000 square feet. Located in the I-80 corridor at I-80 and Ridge Road the Minooka Ridge Business Park offers exceptional access to I-80 for both regional and national distribution.
Electrolux will move into and begin operating this new space in February 2013.
