Opus is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelli Justesen to vice president, human resources.
Kelli joined Opus Holding, L.L.C.’s human resources team six years ago, bringing with her a breadth and depth of experience in human resources and extensive knowledge of our industry. In March 2016, she was promoted to director of human resources to lead the team.
Over this past year Kelli has demonstrated her ability to lead by creating a business partner structure to better serve the businesses in The Opus Group; spearheading Learning & Development efforts; building a program that supports the development of future leaders; working to help ensure a safe and respectful workplace; rolling out new benefits, including Gradifi; and providing valuable input and insights to the executive leadership team.
Kelli simply personifies the HR mission: to partner with the businesses in The Opus Group to maximize the potential of its greatest asset—it’s people.
As The Opus Group grows, the needs of the organization and the scope of the HR role will continue to evolve. With Kelli’s background, talent and expertise on the executive leadership team, she is well positioned to help lead The Opus Group into the future.
Kelli earned a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.B.A. from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
