As Chief Human Resources Officer, Kelli is responsible for overseeing and directing the human resources department and organization activities that create and support an environment focused on engaging and inspiring our workforce. Her duties include recruitment and staffing; performance management and improvement; organization development; employment and regulatory compliance; associate onboarding, development, and training; policy development and documentation; associate relations; associate communication; compensation and benefits administration. Additionally, Kelli supports facilities related activities and management of front desk and office support associates.
Kelli joined Opus in 2011. Her experience includes the development, implementation and coordination of Human Resource activities including workforce planning, performance monitoring, reward and recognition, benefits, personnel policies, regulatory compliance and employee training and development.
Kelli holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Gustavus Adolphus College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and HRconnection®.
