CHICAGO, Ill. - The Opus Group announced today that Opus Development Company, L.L.C. has completed the sale of Building I located at 1330 S 54th Ave in Cicero, Ill., for an undisclosed sum. The sale closing occurred on Feb. 19, 2013.
Building I is a 260,725-square-foot industrial building in the Cicero Business Center. The neighboring Building II was sold to Cabot Properties, Inc. in 2012 and is 100 percent leased by Cloverhill Pastry-Vend, LLC.
“The Cicero Business Center development offers a Class A product only five miles from downtown, which is not easy to find, ” said Mike Yungerman, vice president, real estate development at Opus Development Company, L.L.C. “The overall market is continuing to see good activity and positive absorption, especially in infill locations.”
