MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Opus Development Corporation announced today that it has leased retail and office space to Elements Therapeutic Massage and Global Tax Network, respectively, at its Arbor Lakes North End building on Main Street in the Arbor Lakes development in Maple Grove, Minn.
Elements Therapeutic Massage will occupy 2,150 square feet of ground-level retail space and Global Tax Network has leased a 6,500-square-foot office space on the second floor.
“The market continues to show improvement with an increase in new leases in the past year,” said Nick Murnane, real estate representative at Opus Development Corporation. “Brokers are pursuing deals and Opus is optimistic about the volume of activity in the area.”
Arbor Lakes North End offers its tenants close proximity to numerous retail and dining centers as well as the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes lifestyle center. Tenants also have access to heated underground parking.
Kris Schisel and Molly Murnane of Colliers International represented Opus in the retail transaction and Jim Damiani, Brian Beltrand and Matt Delisle, also of Colliers International, represented Opus in the office transaction.
