The Opus Group (Opus) today announced the completion of
Ellison Apartments, a luxury multifamily market rate development in Des Plaines near O'Hare's office and industrial submarkets. Ellison Apartments is the first new luxury apartment building in downtown Des Plaines in several years and brings an attractive offering for renters in the growing city. The development is a joint venture with Berkshire Residential Investments.
Located at 1555 Ellinwood, the 113-unit development offers apartments ranging from alcoves to two-bedroom units, all with state-of-the-art amenities. The building also offers 1,349 square feet of available retail space at street level.
