Jeff is responsible for all construction-related activities in Iowa and Nebraska. He provides guidance and oversight to a team of project managers across multiple sectors, including office, industrial, institutional, retail, and residential. He also manages large, complex projects from project pursuit through design, construction and activation.
Since joining Opus in 1995, he has successfully completed projects emphasizing quality while also tightly managing the schedule. He has demonstrated to his clients that early involvement in the design phase can guarantee a superior project is built within the established budget constraints.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction in construction engineering from Iowa State University. He is affiliated with the Design Build Institute of America in Iowa and the Commercial Real Estate Association, Des Moines.
