Opus Completes Office TI on Tight Timeline
When a Twin Cities business needed a new office space for one of its growing divisions, they turned to Opus'
Client Direct Services group to deliver a tenant improvement on a building the Opus team had previously developed, designed and constructed.
This
Client Direct Services project began with Opus team members listening carefully to the client's needs and goals for both the project and their business as a whole. Opus then employed its unique, flexible Opus
DB3 approach to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders—the client, architect and builder—while preserving the value and efficiency of true design-build.
Completed in April 2018, the tenant improvement project spans the seven-story, 176,970-square-foot, Class A office building. Requiring a very tight timeline for completion, the client enlisted Opus to remodel the LEED-certified building, updating open and private office spaces, conference rooms and board rooms.
Approximately 1,000 employees, currently spread throughout several metro area locations, will relocate to the centralized location and collaborate under one roof. As the company grows, the building will provide ample space for expansion.
