Alex Vulic

As Vice President of Real Estate Development, Alex provides leadership and expertise to the development team and leads the sourcing and pursuit of new development opportunities, deal structuring and negotiation, development feasibility studies, financial analysis, due diligence and entitlements, while further providing managerial oversight throughout construction and project delivery.

Alex joined Opus in 2022 with 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Opus, He had Vice President roles at Prologis, The Pizzuti Companies and Elford Real Estate Companies.

Alex holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University. He is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
