DES MOINES, Iowa - Opus Development Corporation today announced the sale of an industrial facility in Des Moines, Iowa. The building was sold to HSA Commercial Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Opus Development Corporation recently completed construction of the 300,000-square-foot industrial facility in Des Moines, Iowa, which is fully-leased to a Fortune 50 company through 2021. The build-to-suit project features 40-foot clear ceilings, 25 loading docks, parking for 150 employees and energy-efficient fluorescent lighting throughout. HSA Commercial Inc. and Opus Development Corporation closed the sale on Dec. 15, 2011 and the tenant will complete their fit-out and move-in by Feb. 1, 2012.
