When TriZetto needed a new headquarters office in Denver, they searched for a developer and construction team with a track record of delivering a high-quality product within tight timelines. In addition to being able to quickly deliver, TriZetto found our design-build model provided even more advantages.
One Team, One Objective Provides Efficiencies for Build-to-Suit Process
Operating as a single, multi-disciplinary team from project inception, we streamlined the significant design and entitlement process on this build-to-suit down to just five months. With a fully-integrated team, we were able to work closely with TriZetto, its executive management team, associates and others to determine workplace and quality requirements. With a constant and close connection and a shared goal, we stayed in lock step with TriZetto the entire way, continually guiding them to a best-value solution at every stage.
Opus's ability to work with us as a client and do the design and the build was an economical efficiency for TriZetto. It was also nice to have just one partner to deal with.

Our in-house experts in development and capital markets allow us to quickly move through entitlements and secure financing as needed. Additionally, by operating as an integrated team from start to finish, we effectively sequence design and construction, to begin building before final interior finishes are chosen, ultimately shortening the entire building schedule.
Opus achieved something extraordinary in being able to deliver this building on time and on budget. We had 18 months to occupy the building from when we first met Opus and miraculously they delivered and everybody's been thrilled with the result.
