As Senior Manager of Real Estate Development, Jamie focuses on the acquisition, development and successful lease-up of multifamily and industrial projects in the Phoenix area. He manages all aspects of development, including pursuits, due diligence and entitlements, as well as coordination with equity partners, construction and design teams, municipalities and property management companies.
Jamie has six years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Opus in 2021, he was an Associate at Strategic Government Properties, a private real estate investment firm with a national portfolio of government-leased properties.
Jamie has a Master of Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Olin Business School at the Washington University in St. Louis. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Jamie is ARGUS Enterprise Certified and holds certifications in Bloomberg Terminal and Market Concepts and CORE – Fundamentals of Corporate Real Estate.
