Matthew Visnansky

As Vice President and General Manager of Real Estate Development, Matthew provides a variety of development services across multiple sectors.

Matthew has 16 years of experience, including 12 years in banking. He has experience in underwriting, portfolio management, analysis and sales and client interactions. His vast experience makes him a great asset with the various financial needs during a development pursuit. Prior to joining Opus, Matthew was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with Bank of Arizona and held positions at Wells Fargo and BBVA Compass Bank.

 

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.
