Peter J. Conlon

As Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Peter continues to grow the capital markets platform to support Opus’ increasing volume of projects around the country. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s joint-venture partnerships with institutional investors. Since joining Opus in 2015, Peter has structured and closed more than $2.5 billion in joint-venture partnerships with Opus’ capital partners for the development of industrial, office, multifamily, student housing and senior housing projects across the U.S.

Peter brings more than 20 years of real estate experience across various sides of the real estate industry, including acquisitions, brokerage, development and investment management.

Peter holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute; New York University Alumni Association; University of California, Davis Alumni Association; and NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.
